Ms. Pagan is amazing at what she does in technical training and instructional design. I had the pleasure of training of some of the technical applications we use for LMS from Ms. Pagan during our time working in the education field. Ms. Pagan is great at what she does, so she was always the educator to train many of our colleagues. She created instructional manuals as well as video demonstrations to support us. Ms. Pagan created her very own curriculum and instructional materials for students for self-contained classrooms and served as the first teacher in that department. This allowed Ms. Pagan to train other teachers and educational assistants to follow the procedures for the program along with assisting them with the tech applications. Thank you so much Ms. Pagan! I gained so much from your instructional training!

Danielle is a great person to rely on for teaching, training, and writing. I have seen how passionate she is about making positive impact. She has worked with a diverse set of learners and coworkers, and I think everyone she works with has a positive impression of her. She is also flexible when it comes to problem solving.
Some examples that I can give are with lesson plans, trainings, and event planning. She has created curriculum and manuals for learners to achieve proficiency in using technical applications. Danielle has set up events for community outings, and both interactive online and in-person paper games. These are skills good for both in-person, online, and hybrid events.
I would often hear her talk about IEPs. Eventually, she told me that it stands for Individualized Education Program. At that point, a light bulb in my head lit up. I immediately understood that she is great at driving success from her mindset and work ethic. I don’t think that anyone can go wrong with having Danielle on their team.
